They fixed mine too. After about a month of posting to this forum, I submitted a video of my problems to the forum and they got me up and running in 24 hours. It tells me my workspace is ready and when I sign on it says it is NOT ready and I will be notified, which I was notified and that is why I was trying to sign in and get started. I signed up 2 days ago, and still haven't received an email saying my workspace has been setup. How long does this usually take?
