Add Horizontal Frame below the Workspace to display Pages thumbail and Bookmark preview for all Word documents.

I have pondered over this for many days and glad someone brought up the subject. Actually what would be the right choice in this matter, hence you could accomplish the same thing with creating new work spaces for each individual department / sub department as we all know but what would be the benefits...
