Is there a way to Move files between Shared Workspaces?

As a small company we are using the OLW to serve as our "Sharepoint-lite" server. Since we are sharing out the workspaces, is there a way to "move" files between "shared" workspaces, without having to download the workspace file to a PC and then upload it back to the workspace...

Calendar use

I wanted office live for the shareing of the calendar and now I cant even figure out how to use it. I can find and use the calendar on my outlook but isnt there another calendar in office live or does my outlook calendar suddenly become shareable?? Any help appreciated

Email Activity Notification

I have 3 workspaces that I have shared with various groups. Only 1 sends me email notifications when it has changed, however, all 3 have that option checked. I can see the activity when I log on, just not by email. Please help...
