Office live update keeps requesting to be installed

When I am editting an Office document from a workspace, I am prompted to install Office live update. I have installed this, repaired and uninstall/reinstalled this many times... but still continue to get prompted. If I cancel the prompt I can still continue with editting... The Add-in is now bundled as part of the Office Live Update 1.,2, which also installs the necessary patches you need esp. if you have Vista and Office 2007 so thats all you need.
