Excel 2007 Workbook does not display shaded cells properly

I use Excel workbooks in two versions, MS Excel 97-2003, and Excel 2007 due to Win XP and Vista platforms. When viewing the same workbook with my Workspace, the 97-2003 version displays all shaded cells properly. But the Workspace preview of the 2007 version has shading all over the place.
