At the top of the workspace there is a button called "Add Document" if you click on that you can add a PDF by selecting it from your local file system.

Very important: Provide "Remove/delete" files funtionality in the "What document you want to add?" dialog box. Otherwise, you will have to repeat the whole process again.

File size is larger in "Microsoft Office Live WorkSpace" compared to File size on the "Local machine".
