People have have given view only rights are complaining that they view is not formatted correctly and they cannot print it. Is there something they are not doing??

Steve, here is one more thing we didn't discuss that might be an issue for you: file format. Is it possible that you created the document you wish to edit in Office 2007, the default format of which is a ".xlsx" file -- and then attempted to edit that default format file in an earlier version...

You might try checking your security settings. Tools > Internet Options > Security (tab) You may see that your Internet Security settings are set to not allow ActiveX controls. If that's the case, and you want to maintain high security, try this: Tools > Internet Options > Security (tab...
