How do I assign a task to a contact?

If the answer to that question is obvious, I'm really sorry. I'm working with a team and we've opted to utilize Microsoft Office Live Workspace. My question is, how can I assign a task via Office Live Workspace? I see the option to add a task, but I'm not sure where to get that functionality...

Syncing contacts doesn't work

Copy Contacts Causes Outlook Read-Only Error

I'm trying to figure out how to copy my contacts from my local Outlook contact list to a Sharepoint list on OLW. Whenever I try to copy a contact in Outlook, I get an error that the OLW list is "read only." What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Oscar, Thanks for the reply. How does one create User Defined fields for Tasks and Contacts? Couldn't find anything in Help. What about Categories? I assume they cannot be synced with OL. Are they available in OLW and if so, how do I set them up?
