Yes with OL Workspace, sorry if that was unclear. I have no problem with Excel on the desk, just when I upload a file it strips data. Can't view the file using Workspace. Then after any Excel file is uploaded the original has been stripped of any data. Word and other files I have no problem with...

signing in a nightmare!

I have set up more office live accounts than I can count and just set up a workspace acct too (hope to be able to share onenote, which it sounds like i can't do anyway) and everytime i sign into any of them i just get a blank screen w/the yellow triangle bottom left w/the ! in it and "done"...

I am currently evaluating officelive workspace and document management is a very important requirement for me. I am adding my vote to the folder requirement within workspaces and would like to know what Microsoft's project teams plans are for release of this functionality.

Steve, here is one more thing we didn't discuss that might be an issue for you: file format. Is it possible that you created the document you wish to edit in Office 2007, the default format of which is a ".xlsx" file -- and then attempted to edit that default format file in an earlier version...
