Hey All I want to be able to make a feature so that our guests can submit a request for a meeting. The guest would just make a request with their name and contact info, etc but they would not specify any type of time. Also if possible the guest would be able to see a calendar which we (the staff) can...

No, there is no way currently to create folder structures but many of us continue to make this request. At least there's no way that we know of, and we have requested this many times. Yet be encouraged, there are many changes being made already to this paltform and I'm sure that it will not be...
