Why not? At least its free! I'm still waiting too. Lost outside Windows, looking in. TAH DAH!! 03/05/08 It finally arrived! Seem's when I had to reload Microsoft Office from disk? Something happened or there's a big coincidence here. It immediately informed me My Office is Ready! Go figure...

They fixed mine too. After about a month of posting to this forum, I submitted a video of my problems to the forum and they got me up and running in 24 hours.
