Actually, Microsoft has MANY sharing applications out there that are similar and parallel to Office Live. In addition to Live Mesh, there is Live Folder Share Beta, Sky Drive, SarePoint, Groove 2007 and even Windows Meeting Space. There are issues with all of these solutions. I'm sorry but it's obvius to compare OLW with MS Sharepoint and OLW is a nice try, but if you don't add folders you might as well forget about proffesional users like me. There is other shared document sites on the net that does this much easier than OLW.
