Want to make this tool really useful and get a leg-up on the competition? Workspaces needs voice chat. When you log into a workspace, a list of group members and current visiting members should be displayed or made available. Members could have meetings and discuss ideas, problems, opinions, solutions...

Suggestion for sending out Alerts to all members of a workspace

I think it would be a really good idea to have the option of sending out an "alert" to all members that are in a workspace that would send a copy of the "alert" to the members email address. While the notes and comments functions are really helpful, they are only helpful if members...

agreed, this is a necessary feature. I would think most organizations that experience the issues which lead to the necessity of Sharepoint or Office Live are going to have a substantial volume of documents. A means to organize many documents within workspaces is pretty much a must.
