Actually, Microsoft has MANY sharing applications out there that are similar and parallel to Office Live. Yes, folders are an important feature. Please implement soon! Everybody is used to structure content by folders. Without folders a workspace becomes quickly a chaotic and long list of items. Difficult to work with and difficult to identify the once with relevance to a certain topic.
