How do I notify the share list of updates

If I post a document in workspace and then share it with some people by putting their email address in there, I can make a comment and send that to the list of people along with their invitation to access the workspace- no problem. But if I add a new document to the workspace, I do not see any place...

Want to make this tool really useful and get a leg-up on the competition? Workspaces needs voice chat. When you log into a workspace, a list of group members and current visiting members should be displayed or made available. Hi, I wanted to check in case anything might have changed on this. Are there still no simultaneous update capacities? We have a Japanese user who would like to have multiple users updating business spreadsheets in Excel. Still not feasible? Is there any plan for such a feature to be added? Thanks!

Save file from List page

Uploading some of Office's lesser document types in a workspace works fine. However, if there is no viewer then you have to click each file to be able to save the file to disk. I.E. Re: Guess this is why they call it BETA!!

It's barely usable. I tried from work and I've tried on my home machine, it's worthless to me. It takes forever to load and then it freezes all the time. I love the concept, but it's not ready for prime time. I'll have to check out Google doc's. Thanks!
