Assume that I have shared a document for Reviewing and Viewing from my Workspace called "Document". This document displays a shared icon in the record list. Now when I delete this shared document and restore this deleted item the shared icon is not visible.
Question
- What will happen to the status of this document which was sent for reviewers and Editors?
- Why did the document lose the shared status?
- How will I know to whom did I send this document for reviewing and viewing earlier.
Important: The document does not throw any exeception while deleting.
