Before you begin

Login to Microsoft Office Live Workspace

Click on the "To do Workspace" on the left pane, to view the following documents:
-
Announcement Board
-
Emergency Contact List
-
Grocery List
-
House Event List
-
Household To-do List
-
Click on the Grocery List document to view in the read-only version of the document.

Click on the "Edit" icon to edit the Grocery List.
Scenario
Assume that there are 20 rows in the list. Not all rows have content in the cell in the first column. Now if you select "Ascending" or Descending from the column Heading, all the cell contents in the rows get agregated and displayed in the list.
Caution: Now you cannot Undo the list.
