Before you begin

Login to Microsoft Office Live Workspace

Click on the "To do Workspace" on the left pane, to view the following documents:

Announcement Board
-
Emergency Contact List
-
Grocery List
-
House Event List
-
Household To-do List
-
Click on the Grocery List document to view in the read-only version of the document.

Click on the "Edit" icon to edit the Grocery List.
Scenario
When I enter a value (string) in cell that is longer that the width of the column, the text appears to be Center-Aligned. Any text greater than the width of the column appears to be moving to left when the text should actually move toward right.
Question
What is the purpose of Add Row in the menu bar and +Add row functionality?
