I am sorry if this capability already exists, I looked and did not see it.

Anyway, it would be great if there was a way to easily notify people that you are sharing a workspace with of changes/updates to the workspace.

For instance, I just added some documents and wanted to easily update my students that I have added this week's deliverables and lecture to the site. Couldn't find a way to do this short of deleted all the "shared with" email addresses and resharing.

Hello Krc,

I am happy to tell you that we do indeed have this feature enabled in our March update. Any changes to a shared workspace will add an activity to an activity feed on that workspace (which opens by default when your student views the workspace) and in addition, will send an automatic notification email as well. If this workspace was created before March, I would suggest viewing the workspace to trigger the notifications and the activity tracking.  You can also view the Activity feed by clicking on the Activity icon (looks like a radio tower) on your workspace toolbar.
