Scenario

For Common Admission Test(CAT, SAT, and so on)

Assume that the Interveing process is conducted in different states in a country for a reputed academic Institute, and based on the written test marks, the candidate would be selected or rejected. Now the letters have been drafted in Microsoft Word and the Microsoft Office Workspace Live document is being used for this purpose.

Assumption

I have the Contact, Task, and Calendar. My activity is to send letters to the selected candiates, and similarly send letters to candidate that have not been selected now, but could reapply next time. This should be automatically done based on the all the Mail Merge features - Items in Insert Word Field drop-down.

Question

Microsoft Office Live Workspace should provide Mail Merge facility to merge two documents from within the Microsoft Office Live Workspace itself.
