View Only Permission Printing

People have have given view only rights are complaining that they view is not formatted correctly and they cannot print it.  Is there something they are not doing??

Re: View Only Permission Printing

The preview of the file is not indented for printing (only poor JPG images).

You need to download the file and then print it.

But a “Print button” is definitely needed!

Re: View Only Permission Printing

Thanks for the feedback.

Word, Excel, and PowerPoint all provide the best printing experience, so we recommend opening the document in its Office application and printing from there. Note that you can do this whether you're a viewer or an editor.

Hope that helps,

ned
