No replies are received, to our posts !!

Hey I had raised this question the day I was invited to join the Office Live Workspace, and had been waiting to get a feedback from someone at Microsoft. But it seems non US residents are even ignored in this area, leave alone the Sweepstake, (And I thought I was the greatest fan of Microsoft and its products)???

 Looks like you don't get any points either. I think I get 5 for each post but have no idea what they are for. Hope you start getting some answers soon.

There was a different discussion in one of the other forums that talks about the points system and describes it better. Hope that this answers your questions :)

 As a fan of Microsoft and it's products I am fast becoming disillusioned by their attitude towards anyone outside the US. This is the third post I have made along similar lines, and still an astonishing silence!

 I'll ask again, why are your products more expensive and later arriving outside the US?

Why are non US residents excluded from simple things like the sweepstake?

Why are so many Microsoft downloads restricted to US only?

What is wrong with the rest of us?

Many of us have been clients for many years, and now we are being treated as second class.

Please at least do us the courtesy of a response!

Hi there; really not intending to ignore anyone and doing our best to address your questions / receive your feedback.

Can’t give specifics in all your questions; I can assure you this: we want and we will make our products and services available to as many customers as we can, it is clearly in our best interest. Sometimes there are legal issues (i.e. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Export_of_cryptography#Current_status), or simply logistical issues that do not make it possible for us to go into as many countries as we would want to.

I am originally from Mexico; I look forward to have this service available to my friends and family back there.

Please be aware that we will not always be able to respond to all questions and this is intended to be a place for you to have a dialogue with your peers as much as it is for us to have a dialogue with you.
