Ready or Not?

I received an email that my Office Live Workspaces was ready; however, on clicking to complete sign-up, I reach a screen that says it is not ready. Which is it? This is for individual, not small business.

Hi guys i am also haveing same issues i got a mail saying that my office workspace is ready but when i tried to login it says i am in the pre registration list.
