Workspace Security

My function is to provide Information Security to my corporation.

In reviewing the functionality of Office Live Workspace, I could not fiind any documentation of where/how documents are stored, level of protection for documents stored, protection afforded the information transmitted too/from this location.  So from a protection standpoint, specifications as to level of encryption, both stored and transmitted, would be appreciated.  Also, who, from a system administrative position, has access to information stored on these servers?  If encryption is used, who has access to encryption keys, allowing access to the information contained in the documents?

If using the ShareView function, is there any protection afforded to the information being shared?

From a corporate standpoint, if I see a posting that damages my corporate image, or shares protected information, what mechanism is in place for me to be able to determine who did the posting?  Is there any verification of personal information, or is it a function of anyone can create an identity, and remain basically anonymous?

From an investigation standpoint, if I see something integral to an investigation being handled by my corporation, is there a mechanism to work with your administration team in furtherance of the investigation.

I think what I am really asking for is some white paper type of documentation that would allow me to feel comfortable about the security afforded this site/functionality.  I also understand that this is all beta, and public to some extent.  But in the absence of good security, we must, from a corporate perpective ensure that our IP is not stored, nor inappropriately exposed from the workspaces, which could lead to blocking of the site.
