I have a 2003 Word XP Professional and I have a PPt Slide show (12 files) with sound (5 min.long) that I am unable to upload or download to my new workspace.  I sure hope this is possible because the "ability" to present a Powerpoint presentation online was WHY I signed up for a workspace!!!!

Hi Melissa, sorry for the inconvinience. We are not able to repro this problem at our end. Can you send the exact error you are seeing while trying to upload this file? You also mentioned that you are not able to download files - can you please eloberate on that? are you able to not download some of the files that you uploaded? Please send us the exact error you are seeing. This would help us investigate the issue further.

I retried uploading my Powerpoint Presentation and this time got an error message that the folder was too big and to try compressing it.  It is 100mb's and in the fine print I notice there is a 50mb maximum for workspaces.  I don't know how to compress this folder.  It has a sound file (wav) which I do not want to lose it which could happen if I save it as a pdf--I just don't know how to compress a folder that has 12 files in it.  Hope you can help!   Also access to this forum is REALLY hard to find.  I wish you could put a link on your reply email that would bring me back here!

Also I uploaded a few pictures successfully and am very disappointed that the viewing area is sooo small.  Is there anyway to enlarge the viewing window?
