Using OneNote with OLW

I find myself getting more and more reliant on Microsoft OneNote; a REALLY useful and flexible application.  I can upload the files associated with OneNote but, OLW doesn't support viewing these files and the Office Live Update 1.2 doesn't add support for opening OneNote files from Office Live like it does for Word, Excel, and Power Point.  PLEASE Microsoft...  add support for OneNote... you won't regret it.

Re: Using OneNote with OLW

I agree, OneNote is a great Microsoft product - a sleeper product.  I use OneNote everyday as part of my research for my book.  I know lots of people, including myself, would like to see better support of Workspace for products like OneNote - especially it is a MS produt.

OneNote Integration - a must!

I love one note!   I use it to keep track of all my clients.  I am constantly going around to my various clients and it sure would be great to be able to pull the information up via web page!!!  AND to be able to share that information with my employees so they can view and add information.

Please put this functionality in!

Thanks!

Chris

Re: Using OneNote with OLW

Yes; please add OneNote integration to Office Live Workspace.  I really don't have much use for Office Live Workspace for other office documents other than OneNote because the whole point of it is to allow you to collaborate, and OneNote is the application that does all that!

Microsoft:  any idea of when this is going to be implemented?  People have been asking for months now, and all we hear is that it is coming.  It's hard to make plans without knowing if and when OLW is going to support OneNote.  I have to make alternate plans (setting up VPNs, settling for the poor performance of OneNote and SharePoint, etc) if OLW isn't going to support OneNote very, very soon.

Re: Using OneNote with OLW - Microsoft ETA?

I couldn't agree more with PatrickSCarroll.... sounds like we are in the same boat.

I'm debating whether to convert all my one note items to word so I can put the items on OLW.  I really REALLY do NOT want to do that.

Re: Using OneNote with OLW

YES! It is so frustrating not being able to share notebooks on OLW. I just did a demonstration to my teaching cohort (which none of them even knew what OneNote even was!) and I just did Microsoft a favor as I convinced most to go out and buy the software!  OneNote is a fabulous tool and it only makes sense to support it on OLW!

How about it Bill? :)
