I cannot create a new workspace, I would like a workspace based on the Project Template but when I attempt to create a new workspace even a blank one I get the following error:

I use http://workspace.office.live.com and its in my trusted sites list (*.live.com).

I have tried a few templates and none work.

That is weird. It shouldn't matter either if it is a trusted site in order for templates to work. Let me try to get a little bit deeper to see if we can replicate the behavior on our end.

Still does not work, not even bothering to use now. BTW Office 2007 online help has never worked also, could there be an issue with our firewall or ISA server at our Head Office?

Just a quick question, but have you at all contacted support about this ongoing problem?

No, as the software is beta I didn't think it was appropriate. What I will try however is to see if I can get it to work from home and bypass our proxy server and firewall. I'll post back the results.

Works OK from home, created two workspaces, also Office Online help works but neither work at Work. There must be some firewall rule blocking these on the ISA 2000 server at Head Office, can you let me know what ports/protocols need to be allowed to ensure these will work so I can pass the details on. Thanks.
