1.3 install failed

   I tried to install Office Live Update 1.2 and the installer failed.

Hi, sorry you are having problems. Periodically, other users have had issues with installing, particularly if IE8 is installed.  Check this thread to see if there is anything that helps.

Office Live Update 1.1 won't install

Try searching the forums for "install" "failed".  

If no one in the community can offer a timely solution and you continue to have problems try contacting support at:

They said because my computer thinks I'm in Australia, they can't help me. :(

edit: I found a thread: http://officeliveworkspacecommunity.com/forums/t/926.aspx that describes my issue; I seem to have Office 12.0.6311.5000 whereas KB 941637 only installs on 12.0.6300.5000. I will continue this on the other thread.
