Potential bug with lists

I created a new workspace called "Music" and a list called "Songs to get". I then cut-n-pasted a few songs i have been saving as in a Google Doc's document to get later.

After adding the three song titles i played around with trying to delete the pre-made columns like Date and Priority as they did not seem needed. This made it look like it was going to work but after the prompts to confirm delete the columns did not go away.

I got a bit frustrated with it and hit save, then closed down the list. Now before removing my Google doc i decided to double check the list but am now unable to open it.Getting this message on top-left on click of the list "The document cannot be opened. Close"

 Is this a known issue? Did i cause it by trying to delete columns?

Seccond Test

To see if my theory was right i created another list called "Test 2", added the song titles without doing anything to the columns and saved it. This list opens without an issue.

If this is an unknown issue please be aware that i have kept this list active, so please feel free to look at it.

I have had the same problem today with our workspace.  We did the same used a Task List and modified it to what we needed.  Adding Columns with the choices available.  All was great until we couldn't open it.  Please help.  We have inserted alot of data that is very usuable.  We love the feature of Workspace it just needs to work :). 

Sorry to hear you're having the same problem digital! I hope the Workspace team has a chance to look at this soon.

This is the price we pay being early adopters but I think its well worth it, I already use Workspace for a ton of stuff without issue.

Sorry to hear you were having problems with Lists. Can you still see this issue?

Since our standard Lists (Events, Contacts and Tasks) all sync to Outlook, you cannot delete any of the default columns. If you want to customize a List to your liking, please use a generic List, you cann add or remove the columnds you want.
