On one PC I use (Windows Vista Ultimate) I get the blocking screen with the title "there is a problem with this website's security certificate" when I try to log on.

 The text says that it is recommended not to proceed but I cannot see any way to ignore this warning or bypass it. The only option shown is to close the webpage.

I have added login.live.com to the trusted website list and tried to turn off all the internet explorer options that I can see - but nothing works.
