I have experienced some strange behavior trying to gain access to Microsoft Office Live Workspace Community Forums. The usual method I use starts from MSN sign in to Windows Live Hotmail. From Windows Live Hotmail, Select and open Windows Live Home. In Windows Live Home page Select and open Office Live from More services. This is where the odd behavior started. From the Microsoft Office Live page I get two choices, Microsoft Office Live Workspace Beta or Microsoft Office Live Small Business. I only choose Microsoft Office Live Workspace Beta and select "Learn more" link. The odd behavior I experienced was, in Microsoft Office Live Workspace Beta page the only tabbed choices I was presented with were "Home", "Learn More", and "Examples" tabs. The "FAQ" and "Community" tab were absent. Afterwards, going back to my Hotmail I was able to access Microsoft Office Live Workspace Beta from a saved e-mail. Is there another way to link to Office Live Workspace Community Forums? Jess.

Jess, I just tried to repro your description and I notice two things:

Once I'm signed into my LiveID in hotmail, going to home.live.com should render an Office Live gadget under "More Services" that should show you a list of workspaces you're a member of. Clicking "Office Live" would redirect you to OLW and bring you to your workspaces since you're already signed in. If you don't have an account with us but are signed in to a LiveID, instead of a gadget, you should just see an Office Live link that takes you to www.officelive.com, the page you refer to that you hit when clicking Office Live under More Services. We show links for OLW and OLSB on this page. If I click Learn more, I see the FAQ and Community tabs. The community tab takes you to http://workspace.officelive.com/Community.. The links from that page take you to www.officeliveworkspacecommunity.com.

After a second try to open Office Live Workspace Community Forums I was able to generate the "FAQ" and "Community" tabs within the mentioned "Learn more" link. Must have been something unable to load at that point in time. Again, thanks for your outstanding support. Jess.
