It's a beta. And it's free. So I don't expect indepth support.
However, the fact remains that there is a Support page http://workspace.officelive.com/Support/ which includes the option to contact the Support Team.
I sent an e-mail with my support query, and got back a polite response from the US Support team summarising my query... but telling me that support is only offered for the English Market at this time (and to please use this forum... and I shall). But I find this confusing as I am in Australia (which is just as 'English' as the US).
And on what basis did the Support rep determine my location? IP Address?
So what's the deal? Who gets support and who doesn't?
