I won $300 off my next trip through Expedia in this sweepstakes, but when I tried to use the coupon it came back with a message that said my coupon code has already been used.
I was on the phone with people from Expedia for well over an hour and they said it's been used and there's nothing they can do about it. They won't investigate to find out why my coupon says it was used. They won't tell me what the coupon was used for or who used it. They said the only thing I can do about it is to let the people know who gave it to me. Other than that helpful piece of advice :( , they won't help at all.
I have kept my code secure and I know I didn't let it out. I am definitely sure I haven't used it.
