Hello,

For the past four days, when trying to share any of my workspaces, I have been getting the error message "The workspace or document cannot be shared. Please try again later. Close".  This is the first time I got this message.  I was able to successfully share another workspace in the past.  However I am no longer able to add any editors or viewers to that workspace anymore, but now get this error message on all/any of my workspaces I try to share.

I wrote an email to Technical Support about this for help but they said they are too busy for this kind of question (no kidding) and suggested I check the forum for an answer.  I did a search but only found one post which ironically said 'we will check with technical suport'.

Not much use for this workspace technology if you cannot share it with others...

Appreciate any suggestions/help.

Can you describe to me a bit better under what conditions you are experiencing the problem? Are you using the workspace.officelivebeta.com or the workspace.officelive.com ? Also, is this a document or a workspace share?

Not sure I've closed this issue with you, but we have traced a problem with sharing and the amount of documents uploaded to a workspace.

If you consume your 500MB quota, in some cases sharing gets disabled. We are working to fix this. In the meantime I would recommend trying to clear a little bit of space if you can.
