I signed up 2 days ago, and still haven't received an email saying my workspace has been setup. How long does this usually take?

I'm sorry you're disapponted. We've had a lot of demand for workspaces, and we want everyone's experience to be as perfect as we can make it. Therefore, we're admitting people from the waitlist gradually. It may take a few weeks, perhaps several, to get workspaces ready for everyone on the waitlist.

Weeks??? I can't remember when I signed up exactly, but it was in October I believe. I hadn't received the workspace ready email and when I try to sign up I get a message that say's I am already on the waitlist. If people are waiting a matter of weeks, what happened to me in queue?

Office Live Workspace beta is a new service and we have received a tremendous amount of interest.  Every new service is a learning opportunity as no two services are alike.  We understand your frustration but we only went "live" less than a month ago.  We have been ramping up quickly since then in order to meet demand.  We are working towards a goal of not requiring any preregistration at all. 

I truly appreciate your interest and hope that you will bear with us through this stage of the beta program.
