Hi, my name is Charles Taylor, and I realize that I may just as well be in the wrong place. But I will try anyway. My thing is, I recently started a small business. I also recently downloaded "Microsoft Office" small business. I had this package on a trial basis. What I really need is a software package that will allow me to Extract, Verify, Deliver & Automatically respond to E-mail. I also need as Opt-Out Manager as well as a Visual Web Crawler/Video Master.
Basically, I need software that will allow my Company to handled "Bulk" E-Mail Campaigns. A Fully Operational System. I am really not aware of all the Products that "Microsoft" has to offer. In fact, I was recently over in the "Automatically Detect Your Products" section, and noticed software over there that I was not aware of.
You see, it is difficult for me to determine simply by the "Name" of a product if it could, or would help me out. And I wanted to make sure that I didn't make a purchase elsewhere without asking someone who is already familiar with "Microsoft" products.
I realize that every Company has different "Names" for similar applications. So I wanted to make sure that "Microsoft" didn't have software like the stuff I mentioned before I went elsewhere. I am getting "back" into this whole technology game after quite a while, and still have a lot to learn. So, what better way, than to ask people who use "Microsoft" products all the time.
