Hi there. My name is Julie and I'm one of the moderators of the Office Live Workspace French-language community. I have a user who can't seem to share documents.

Browser: IE 7.0.6001.18000
OS: Vista Pro SP 1

The option of share document doesn't appear in his own, created workspaces, not for any type of document: Excel, Calendar, Tasks. (He tested all these.) He only sees Share the Workspace or Shared View.

Here are some screenshots. The first two are within a workspace he created. There is no option to share the document. The last is within the default Documents workspace. You can clearly see "Partager le document", which is the option (in French) to share the document.

Does he need to share the workspace and THEN share the document?

Any other thoughts?
