I'm relatively new to Microsoft. I joined about a year ago, coming from a small startup with roots out of Carnegie Mellon University. In fact, I've spent most of my career getting startup technology companies up and running -- first as a marketing strategist, then as a venture capitalist, and more recently as an entrepreneur.
